“Development of BTC City 2050 shared sustainable vision” was the topic of the hackathon, which the BTC Company in partnership with CER - Sustainable Business Network hosted this week as part of the New European Bauhaus project Desire an Irresistible Circular Society. 💭💡🌳
6 groups with 30 young sustainability enthusiasts took on a challenge to create a comprehensive vision of BTC City Ljubljana's built and open space, which will go beyond mere spatial arrangements and include innovative services based on sustainable principles. 🏘️🍃 We were amazed by the inspiring ideas of the participants. Our sincere congratulations go to the winning and all the other teams for their innovative solutions that will contribute to a more sustainable future for BTC City Ljubljana.
As one of the partners of the DESIRE project, the BTC Company is developing the solutions for the green transition of BTC City Ljubljana, which is an excellent testing environment. The project’s goal is to find new ways for urban development while seeking solutions to the main global challenges facing societies and cities.
